Extended Weekend at the Ranch

About

Kick back - and come and stay some days at the Ranch! Authentic, hands on and intimate ranch stay with lots of riding. Overnight, meals and 6h of riding included. All inclusive

Day 1,

Check in 2PM

We meet at the Barn and get the horses ready. This first evening we will match you up with a horse, and we will go for a shorter ride here at the ranch, arena and round pen is available

Back at the Ranch, we will serve you some BBQ and enjoy campfire

Day 2,

Meet at the Barn in the morning, and then we ride in to town for breakfast. Ride is approx 3h and we will also go by the Medina River

In the late afternoon we will saddle up and head out to Hill Country State Natural Area for a Sunset Ride.

In the evening its time for more BBQ by the Chuckwagon and underneath Texas Starts

Day 3,

Morning and we will have breakfast by the Chuckwagon. Then get the horses ready and ride out on the Ranch to check on the Longhorns

At the Ranch

Just a mile outside Bandera the Cowboy Capital you will find our ranch, secluded, and yet so close. The Ranch is 89ac with horse and cow pastures, barn, the owners homestead and the two guest cabins.

The Longhorn Cabin is 14*28 and has a bedroom with queen size bed, a main room with a double bed, bathroom/shower and mini fridge and coffee machine

The Deer Cabin is 14*24 and has one main room with two queen beds and a bunk bed. bathroom and shower. Coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge and snack bar.

Cost

$495 plus tax per person

Minimum 20% down payment to book

For meal preferences or food allergies, please let us know at reservation and we are happy to accommodate

Minimum age 10 accompanied by guardian, and 21 without guardian, Maximum weight is 220 lbs

Additional Riding or Riding lessons or Horsemanship training is possible, just ask and we are happy to plan it in for you

Check-in

Welcome to Our Ranch and Bandera Historical Rides! We are happy to have you stay over at our private Ranch and to ride with you! It is self check-in from 2PM. Please drive to 749 Old Medina Highway. Just go through the main gate, and continue about 400yards straight down the gravel road. You will pass barn area to your left. The cabins are past that area and trough another gate to your left. Cows loose, so please keep gates closed. We will be at the barn area, so please feel free to come over anytime!
