November 1st - March 31st: Store Hours: 9am to 5pm

All equipment is maintained in-house by professional mechanics. Our customer service staff can answer your questions about which type and size of bike is best for your needs. We’re more than happy to share some tips on good trails, scenic routes, best places to eat, and other cycling information – just ask!

Unlimited Biking will arm you with all you need for your adventure, including a helmet, a color coded map and a bike lock, all free of charge – you supply the need to explore.

There is no better way to get up close and personal with all the great sites of NYC while getting a great ride in!

Tips

Dress appropriately for the weather and don't forget your camera!

Pedals -** we offer Toe Cage/Basket Pedals with our Road Bikes, and riders will be find in regular shoes. If you would like to bring your own custom pedals to clip in, our team would be happy to install them for you - ***please just give us an advanced notice!

You may pick-up your bikes from any of the three locations listed below.Please be aware of our **Store Hours**, as bikes must be returned by closing time:

Central Park: 56 W 56th Street between 5th and 6th avenue

Brooklyn Bridge: 79 Chambers Street between Broadway and Church Street

March 15th - October 31st : 9AM - 7PM

November 1st - March 14th : 9AM - 5PM

Pedals

We offer Flat Pedals with our Road Bikes and riders will be find in regular shoes.

If you would like to bring your own custom pedals to clip in, our team would be happy to install them for you

Please bring along a valid form of identification and a credit card with you, as these will be needed for security upon check-in for your rentals. Your outfit should be seasonally suitable; we also suggest that you dress in something comfy, not too loose, and closed-toe shoes. Don't forget a proper ID and your camera!

Know Before You Go:

• Any riders who are under 18 years of age must have an adult present to check in and sign the waiver form in behalf of them. We require a valid identity card upon check in.
• For all our riders' safety, we are not able to accommodate any riders who are 300 pounds and over as this exceeds the weight limit the manufacturer has advised for the bike's build. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do prioritize your safety during the ride.
