Nature and You
A quick drive away from the city of Waikiki is the forest of Manoa, well-known for its hiking trail, Manoa Falls Trail. Join us on an unforgettable hike on this premier Oahu nature tour!
Manoa Valley is located in the middle of the island and is surrounded by Hawaii’s endemic flowers, trees, and native birds. The end of the trail leads you to Manoa Falls, a 150-foot waterfall.
There may be slight rain, and this trail may be wet and muddy, but the clean air, water, and trees make this the ultimate nature tour.

Our main office is located at 307 Lewers St. #401 Honolulu, HI 96815. Our shop is on the 4th floor. Regular parking can be found on the street. **Please call 808-696-4414 for questions or assistance.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Please bring comfortable shoes and clothing.
- Please make sure to bring a rain jacket and that your shoes can be in the mud, as this part of the island can receive rain.
- We also recommend bringing mosquito spray.
- Sunblock
- Our meals do not accommodate allergies, We do not prepare the meals so we cannot guarantee anything regarding allergies. For your safety, please prepare your own.
The Manoa Falls hike is rated as moderate in difficulty, but is generally manageable for guests with a reasonable fitness level, especially in good weather. The round-trip hike is approximately 1.6 miles (2.6 km) and takes 1.5–2 hours. Trails may become muddy and slippery after rain, so proper footwear is recommended.
Guests should be able to keep pace with the group. Those unable to continue may be asked to wait at a designated location until the group returns.
We are selling Nature and You original products (T-shirts, N&Y water flask, hats, etc.) on the bus and accept cash and credit cards.
