Duration:

Do not expect a set time schedule on this adventure! Tour time duration is not exact 2.5 to 3 hours.

depends on weather conditions, how long you snorkel, wildlife we may run into ,etc.

WILDLIFE GUIDELINES:

No Touching or Petting dolphins/whales

No Feeding dolphins/whales

No Riding dolphins/whales

No Chasing dolphins/whales

No Swimming or pursing after dolphins/whales

No Harassing dolphins/whales

This is not a swim with Dolphins, but you may see them.

To qualify for the tour:

• Age Recommendation limit 4 - 65 (if not in that range please call us)
• No pregnancy
• No neck, back or mental problems
• Know how to swim & can tread water unassisted
• You must weigh under 275

Wildlife Policy:

Dolphins / whales are wild animals & their presence is NOT guaranteed. While we do our absolute best to take you to the right place at the right time, we cannot control nature—and we do NOT issue refunds if not seen.

TOUR DURATION & DELAY POLICY:

Tour durations are estimates — not exact.

2.5 to 3 hours approximately

Delays can occur due to:

Weather conditions

Boat traffic

Mechanical issues

Guest capacity requirements

Other unforeseen circumstances

Your tour may be delayed or moved to an earlier time on rare occasions — sometimes by an hour or more.

We do not issue refunds for delays or rescheduling.

Please do not schedule anything within 1 hour before or after your tour.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:

Allow buffer before/after your scheduled time.

Provide a working phone number

Stay available and responsive on the day of your tour.

BOAT CAPACITY POLICY:

Minimum of 8 guests required for a tour to operate.

If the tour doesn't meet this minimum, we’ll move you to another time or day.

You will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior if your tour needs to be rescheduled.

(This rarely happens.)

For your safety, guests must:

MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM AND TREAD WATER WITH YOUR OWN STRENGTH

Be physically able to climb up a boat ladder

Must weigh less than 275 LBS

Not have back/neck problems

Not be pregnant

REVIEW POLICY

By purchasing tickets, you agree not to leave negative or retaliatory reviews due to situations out of our control such as:

Bad weather

Mechanical issues

Minimum guest capacity not being met

Delayed or rescheduled tours

WILD ANIMALS not being present

UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS INVOLVED WITH SNORKELING AND BOATING, included but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the sea, physical and mental harm caused by marine creatures including bites & stings, acts of fellow participants, entering and exiting the water, boarding or disembarking boats, and activities on the docks and I HEREBY ASSUME SUCH RISKS. There is no refunds if this listed above occurs.

No Refund dispute back charges with banks / credit or debit cards, Doing so would be fraud and will be handled legally with our attorney.

If you would like a refund, you must do so within our policy, which is 72 hours before the tour.

If a refund is needed because we cancel the tour, we will refund it for you on our end.

Meet at the Tall White Rental Wetsuit Van across the street entrance of the OUT RIGGER RESORT & SPA sign with tall palm trees with Christmas lights and tiki torches.

Meet at the solo Lamppost next to the boat ramp AFTER the van check in

The crew will get you from underneath the light pole or restroom upon returning from previous trip.

There will be no refunds or reschedules if you miss the boat.

Get here early to find parking on the side of the street

DO NOT PARK IN THE TRAILER STALLS - YOU WILL BE TOWED

AND/OR TICKETED.

FREE SIDE STREET PARKING IS AVAILABLE AND THERE ARE LIMITED PARKING SPACES IN THE BEACH PARKING LOT BY THE OUTRIGGER HOTEL.
