Before you go
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Please arrive **15–20 minutes before departure** to allow time to complete the flight manifest and release of liability form.
• **Each passenger MUST bring a valid photo ID.
• Weight limitations apply and will be strictly enforced and verified during check-in.
• A digital waiver must be signed by each passenger during check-in.
• **The credit card used for this booking and a matching photo ID of the cardholder must be presented for verification upon check-in. Both cards MUST be present physically or digitally to proceed with the flight. If the ID does not match the credit card, we will need a new card or we will not be able to fly the tour.
• In accordance with 14 CFR § 121.575, no person may drink any alcoholic beverage aboard the aircraft unless flyVENTURE has served that beverage to that person.
• flyVENTURE reserves the right to delay or cancel any flight if a person appears to be intoxicated.
• Do not wear hats, sandals, flip flops or other loose items.
• Luggage, backpacks, purses, etc. are prohibited aboard the aircraft.
• Phones, keys, cameras, wallets, and other items must be stowed in your pockets facing the inside of the aircraft (not toward the door).
• flyVENTURE is *NOT* liable for any lost, missing or damaged items.
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
