  • There are lockers available at the hot springs to store your belongings for a fee of 50 cents. There is a change machine in the entry if you do not have change.
  • We have a standing reservation in the restaurant, however, dining here is optional. You are welcome to bring you own food and snacks if you prefer.

If you are travelling with children

The resort does not allow children under the age of 18 years to go into the outdoor rock pool. They are allowed in the indoor heated pool and hot tub with adult supervision. Since we are visitors at Chena Hot Springs Resort we do have to abide by the rules that they have set.

Also, in Alaska, children under 5 years old must be properly secured in a federally approved child restraint device if travelling by vehicle. We are unable to transport children who are not restrained in accordance with the law.

CONTACT INFORMATION

It is important that we have accurate and up to date contact details for you so that we can contact you before your tour. Please let our office know if you change your phone number or have no access in Alaska so that we can use an alternative form of communication to contact you.

TOUR AVAILABILITY

Most of our tours require a minimum number of guests in order to run the tour. If the minimum capacity is not reached, you will be offered alternative dates. If the alternative dates are not acceptable the tour will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.

PICK UPS

Pick up is available to those staying in hotels and vacation rental properties across North Pole and Fairbanks **within city limits**. If you are unsure if your hotel is within the city limits, please contact our office so that we can confirm or offer an alternative pickup location.

As our guests are staying at different hotels across North Pole and Fairbanks, pick up schedules will be finalized the day before your tour date and you will be advised of your exact pickup times at this time. If you do not know your hotel location at the time of booking, please let us know as soon as you are able to.

Please also remember to check your voicemail as we will always leave a message with your pick up time if we cannot reach you.

If you have booked through a travel agent or other third party (especially using rewards points), please contact us directly and provide us with your phone number so we can reach you.

If, by the time of your tour, you or members of your party have not completed a waiver, or refuse to complete a waiver, you/they may not be able to participate in the tour.
