Important Information

Please be sure to arrive at least **15 minutes** early to the tour meeting point location so the tour will start promptly at time of tour. Traffic in Newport can be congested in the summer and parking is at a premium, please plan accordingly.

As a courtesy to other guests and to ensure we stay on schedule with each tasting location, shopping or the purchase of drinks and alcoholic beverages is not allowed during the tour. There maybe some alcohol or drink tastings as part of the tour, but for the most part glasses of water will be provided by most establishments.

Gratuities to your tour guides are greatly appreciated if you have a good time on

the tour. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15-20%.

Food tasting locations are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel tour if minimums are not met.

What to Wear

  • Participants will be on their feet and outdoors for most of the walking tour, so please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Flip-flops, high heels, and dress-shoes are not recommended.
  • Consider wearing sunglasses, sunscreen or hat.
  • Umbrellas on rainy days, warm layers on cold days, and cool clothing on hot days will make your experience much more enjoyable.

What to Bring/What Not to Bring

  • Participants are urged to bring cameras and recorders. There are plenty of photo opportunities during the tour so you can share on social media.
  • Participants are urged to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and/or a hat during the summer months.
  • Please consider checking the weather reports for the day of your activity. We provide rain ponchos in inclement weather.
  • We encourage you to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated as we are walking. - We love pets too, but because the tour visits a number of food establishments,

you'll need to leave your pets at home/hotel.

  • Please be advised that where alcohol may be served as part of our tour, a picture ID may be required.
