About

Your morning confined water instruction session is an introduction to the skills of diving where you’ll put on SCUBA gear, learn the basics of diving and practice breathing underwater.

In the afternoon, you’ll go out and dive the reef with an instructor for an experience of a lifetime!

• All equipment
• 2 guided dives on the shallow reef

-This is where your training starts

-Do NOT go to the dive shop first

-Late arrivals risk missing the dive and are non-refundable

What to Bring

• **Towel and swim suit**
• **Drinks/snacks**
• **We encourage you to use mineral-based reef safe sunscreen and use Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) sunwear.**

IMPORTANT- Absolutely no alcohol or drugs prior to your dives.
