We have the best riding area in OC right in front of Assateague Island where you will see the awesome beaches, million dollar homes and boats and Assateague Ponies when you ride! Park your boat right on the beaches or sand bars of Assateague or take a cruise and pull up with VIP treatment like the Locals do to the famous Ocean City hot spots like Seacrets & Fagers Island! We know all the secret spots and will help make your day and your vacation and unforgettable one!

Disclosures

Max 12 people on a boat and a 1900 lb weight limit - no exceptions. When booking, you must identify the # of people who will be on the boat. The weight limit includes the weight of everyone on board and the weight of the items you bring with you, ex. Coolers. To be a driver you have to be at least 21 years old and have a valid drivers license. 2 drivers max per boat.

We strongly suggest a driver who has experience driving a boat because you are responsible for everyone on board and responsible for any damage to the vessel or motor.

You must arrive 45 minutes early to have time to complete the paperwork and driver orientation. If you arrive late, your time on the water will be be reduced and we don't want that to happen, so please arrive early! Please allow enough time for parking. You can park in the white vinyl fence parking lot on the corner of Talbot Street & Caroline Street. If that is full you will have to park on the street or find a paid parking lot or park in the inlet and walk to us. Please see our parking map and location on: https://ocjetskis.com/contact/

All ID's & credit cards MUST MATCH what is used for the booking. If ID"s and credit cards do not match you will not be granted service and you will not be refunded. The person's who's card is on file for the booking MUST be present.

Renting a boat from us is a very fun experience but safety is our main priority. You can bring food and alcohol but please remember that the same rules on the road are the same for on the water. The driver and passengers are responsible for the safety of those on the boat and any damages caused to the boat when on the water.

Cancellation/No Refund Policy:

Please note once you book there are no cancellations or refunds given whatsoever unless it is a case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances in which you will receive a credit or full refund. Please be patient with us..sometimes we cannot control a delay due to other riders getting in late or uncontrollable circumstances. Temperature, wind, clouds and rain does not constitute a refund. You agree to give us up to 90 minutes to allow for a storm to pass. Usually if if it says it's going to rain, it doesn't because of the winds that push the storms off shore. If it is raining hard or storming, it usually passes quickly. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Must arrive 45 minutes early or your reservation can be booked and you will not be refunded. If you arrive late, it will cut into your time on the boat. There is paperwork every participant over 18 years old must sign and a training of how to use the boat, so please arrive as early as possible to have time to complete both tasks. If you have little or no boating experience at all, your training may take longer than others and the training will be part of your reservation and count towards the hours on your reservation. Driver cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during entire time frame of rental. We reserve the right to administer a breathalyzer test to any participants. If breathalyzer test is refused by participant, no refund will be given and ride will be cancelled. Please note there is a weight restriction on each boat. If the weight is over the maximum weight limit allowed one or more of your group will not be able to ride and no refunds will be given. It is Maryland law and you could be fined and so could we. Please call In advance prior to booking if you are unsure if your party may not meet the weight criteria. At our discretion we can weigh all members of group to ensure the total weight of group is below the maximum allowed. No more than 12 people can be on the boat at one time. When booking, you must book with the exact number of people who will be on the boat and every person must be present when signing the forms.

**Arrival & Check-In (Read Carefully)**

Your entire party must arrive **45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time** so we can start your ride on time. During this time, everyone will complete required paperwork, and drivers will go through a **mandatory 15-minute boating orientation**.

If you or anyone in your party arrives late, that time will unfortunately be deducted from your time on the water, so lease plan ahead—we want you to enjoy your day stress free.

**Driver Requirements & Safety Rules**

• Drivers must be **21+ years old** with a valid **photo ID**
• **Maximum of 2 drivers per boat**
• Drivers **cannot be under the influence** of alcohol or drugs at any time during the rental
• Temporary boating licenses will be issued upon arrival

You are responsible for the safety of everyone on board, so please operate the boat carefully and follow all rules.

**Add-Ons & Upgrades**

We offer tubing ($75), fishing ($39), and crabbing ($39) packages. These must be **reserved in advance** so we can have them ready for you. Same-day availability is not guaranteed, so please call ahead to add anything to your reservation.

**On the Water**

Boating is just like driving a car—**stay alert, follow the rules, and never operate under the influence**. The Department of Natural Resources Police actively patrol the waterways, so please use caution and good judgment to ensure a safe and fun experience.

You’re renting the boat **at your own risk**, and the driver is responsible for all passengers saftey and action and the vessel. If there are any damages to the vessel or propeller you will be financially responsible.

If you’re hungry or thirsty, stop by the **Famous Harborside Restaurant & Bar** right next door. Did you know they invented the Orange Crush drink? It's true - if you don't beleive us, Google it :). It’s a great place to relax and watch boats pass by.

With direct access to Assateague Island, beaches, and sandbars, you can cruise, anchor, swim, or explore—it’s your day, so enjoy it your way! We can help you plan your day - we're here to help make your experience on the water one of the best you've ever had.

**Parking Information**

We have tons of parking and it's FREE!:

Please park across the street from the Pier 23 Restaurant - that is our parking lot.

**Return Time Policy**

Sorry to be direct, but your return time is **firm**. We often have other bookings scheduled after yours.

Late returns will unfortuantley result in additional charges, with a **minimum fee of $329**. Please allow enough time to return to the dock and avoid any extra fees.

If we do not have the boat booked after yours, we would be happy to provide an extension at our hourly rate - the sooner you call to add on that extension the better.

**Capacity & Weight Limits (Strictly Enforced)**

• Maximum **12 passengers per boat**
• **1900 lb total weight limit** (including people and all items like coolers, bags, etc.)

These limits are enforced with **no exceptions**. If weight appears close to the limit, guests may be weighed. If the limit is exceeded, some guests will not be allowed on board and **no refunds will be given**, so please plan accordingly.

**Boating Experience & Responsibility**

Experience is helpful but not required—we’ll help explain and show you the basics of operating a boat and what to know before departure. However, you are responsible for the boat and any damages, so please operate it with care and follow all instructions. If you have never driven a boat before, or would like a refresher, we always recommend watching a quick YouTube video or two on how to drive a pontoon boat. That will help a lot before showing up.

**Booking Requirements**

• ID and credit card **must match** the persons name who made the reservation, and that person must show up in person at our docks.
• The **cardholder must be present** at check-in

If these do not match, service will be denied and no refund will be issued.

**Accessibility Note**

We do not have a ramp, and depending on the tides a ladder may need to be used to get onto and off of the boat. Guests should be somewhat mobile so our staff can assist safely onto the boat.
