Class Details

• $25 per guest deposit required to reserve seat.

• Class duration: **(60) Minutes**
• Ages 4+ are welcome
• Beer, wine & soft drinks are available to purchase during class.

Outside food & drinks are not allowed.

Pick-Up:

• Guests can pickup their artwork seven (7) days after class completion. Pickup times are Friday-Sunday from 11am- 7pm. No pickup reservation needed. Guests must enter studio & check-in with a team member.
• Abstract Orlando observes a 14-day hold policy, after which artworks are donated to charity.

Expedite:

• Artworks are expedited and can be picked up 72 hours after class completion. $10 per artwork.

Local Delivery:

• For locals who live within 50 miles of Abstract Orlando, we offer a great delivery rate of $10 per artwork with a minimum of 2 artworks per address. ($15 for a 24″x36″ canvas & 20” Teddy)

Shipping:

• For those not in Orlando, we’ve got you covered! We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.

• We only ship within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories)

Before You Arrive

• **Please arrive 15 minutes early** so you have time to settle in and pick your piece.
• We're tucked into a shopping plaza, so arriving a little early also means an easier time finding parking.
• Come in something comfortable — aprons are provided, but we'd skip the long sleeves.
• **Your $25 reservation** holds your seat and goes straight toward your project (pricing starts around $50 per person).
• Each table seats up to four, so groups of four or more will be split across a couple of tables to keep things comfortable — you'll still be right next to each other.
• Only registered guests join in on the creating; anyone coming along to watch is more than welcome, just seated nearby in our observer area.
• Each guest works on their own piece, and for everyone's comfort and safety, we're not able to accommodate infants or strollers in the studio.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans change, and we make it easy.

• **48+ hours before your class:** Reschedule for free, or cancel for a full gift card credit toward a future visit.
• **Inside 48 hours:** Rescheduling is a **$10-per-guest fee**, and cancellations mean the reservation is forfeited (no extra charges).
• **Arriving more than 10 minutes late** unfortunately means we can't seat you — this also forfeits the reservation.

A Few More Good-to-Knows

• Groups of six or more have an **18% gratuity** added automatically, even if booked separately.
• We're a **cashless studio** — please bring a contactless payment method.
• Projects are limited to **one discount or promo** per guest.
• Your finished artwork will be ready in about **7 days**, with pickup, delivery, or shipping all available.
