Weather

Parasailing is a weather-dependent activity and unfortunately, we cannot parasail in high winds or in heavy rain. We will always contact you with as much notice as possible if we feel the weather is going to affect your booking to give you the opportunity to reschedule. However please note that sometimes the weather can change very quickly and we may have to cancel at the last minute. On rare occasions the weather can change while out on the water – please understand that should the captain deem the conditions unsafe to continue he will have to return to the marina. In all of these circumstances, you will be offered a full refund if you have not parasailed, or we can rebook you for another day.

Parking

While we **don't** have our own parking lot, there are several affordable parking options nearby:

• Prospera Place (use Indigo Parking app)
• 1200 Water St Parking Lot (use PayByPhone app)
• Library Parkade (**FREE on weekends**, except during signed events)
• On-street parking is also available and **FREE on Sundays and public holidays.**

Please allow extra time to find parking, especially during busy periods downtown.
