All bikes must be returned to the same location you pick them up 24 hours after your rental started.

Before you go

Thank you for choosing Island Life Rentals & Dolphin Tours! Please take a moment to read the below procedures to avoid any confusion for your bicycle rentals.

PICK UP PROCEDURES:

For Self Pick & Return Reservations we are open from 9:00AM to 4:00PM daily. Your are welcome to pick up your bicycles at any point during these hours. Should you not be available to pick up the bicycles during that timeframe please reach out to us at 843 384 1430. We will instruct our curbside attendant team to lock your bicycles up on our bike racks and send you an email or text message with your lock combination to pick up after hours. Your bikes will have name tags on them for ease of locating your order.

RETURN PROCEDURES:

All bicycles must be returned to the same location at or before 9am of your return day. If you wish to return you bicycles the night prior or anytime outside of our normal business hours 9:00am to 4:00pm daily you can simply return your bikes to the same location of pick up, lock them up through the frames of the bicycles, and we will check them in upon our return.

BIKE THEFT IS AT AN ALL TIME HIGH. BICYCLES MUST BE LOCKED AT ALL TIMES:

Stolen bicycles are assessed a replacement fee of $250 each. They may be ridden on the beach however there is a $40 fee per bicycle for riding in salt water. Bicycles should remain away from the surf and tidal pools when riding the beach. This is where the hard packed dry sand is. Riding in puddled sand is still salt water. Any bikes found to ridden in salt water will receive a $40 maintenance fee as the bicycle will have to come out of circulation for repair. Mechanical issues past normal wear and tear will be accessed on a case by case basis and the responsibility of the renter.
