Our flagship 52 ft. vessel, Frisky Mermaid, accommodates up to 49 passengers and operates 1.5 to 2-hour dolphin tours cruises year round throughout the day. Catch some MER-MAZING views and have some family friendly fun watching for frisky dolphins.

or...AAARRRGGGHHH you ready for some fun? The Salty Dolphin operates 1.5 - 2 hour dolphin tours year round throughout the day. This vessel, constructed by the Patti Family of Joe Patti Seafood, is 42 ft. long and can accommodate up to 41 passengers.

What’s included

Infant Life Jackets (up to 12 months old): Provided & must be worn at all times while on the vessel. Infants do require a ticket, they are considered a passenger.

🅿️ **PARKING: ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING on premise**.

Free public parking is available across the street (on the sound side). Use pedestrian crosswalk. Additional free public parking is available at: 735 Pensacola Beach Blvd. or at 3 Casino Beach Boardwalk, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561 (Casino Beach @ The Beach Ball water tower). **DO NOT PARK AT SHAGGY'S**, you will be towed at your own expense. The lot is monitored by cameras.

🎟️**EVERY HUMAN** (per USCG regulations) 0 - 100+ requires a ticket, including infants. Infant pricing is the same as child pricing.

🛺 **DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH PARKING?

STRESS-FREE GOLF CART TRANSPORTATION**: We HIGHLY suggest you put your mind at ease and call Island Breeze 850-565-9532 or Gopher Carts 850-972-8485 to get you to the dock on time. With front door service and reservations available, you can set up your pick up in advance.The golf cart drivers work for tips, so please be generous.

🛥 **DEPARTURE TIME**: Boat leaves on time, **EVERY TIME

So give yourself enough time to park (suggested 30 minutes). There are **ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS** if you miss the boat. Please don’t miss the boat!

🚫 **COOLERS**:

Not allowed; Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks available for sale onboard the vessel in The Snack Shack.

Wait for your boarding announcement. Frisky Mermaid may be on a tour when you arrive. Please have a seat at the picnic tables and enjoy the view, you are on VACAY

❌ **CANCELLATION - TICKETS POLICY**: No cancellation within 24 hours. Must have 15 passengers for a trip to be confirmed and if the minimum is not met you will be rescheduled or refunded. You will be notified approximately one (1) hour in advance (at a minimum) if we are not able to run based on passenger count. **SPECIAL EVENTS - TICKET POLICY** No cancellations within 72 hours.This includes all Blue Angels tours as well as fireworks cruises.

❌**GROUPS & PRIVATE PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY:

More than two weeks prior:** Full refund to method of payment used.

2 weeks to 1 week:** 1/2 on gift card that doesn't expire, the other 50% forfeited

1 week or less:** Full amount forfeited

👨🏼‍✈️ **GRATUITY**:

Not required, but graciously accepted and appreciated by our Mermaid Crew. Industry Standard is 15-20%

⛈ **WEATHER POLICY**:

Captain makes the decision at the time of departure, **NO EXCEPTIONS**! In the event of unsafe water conditions, you will hear from us via text and/or email. At that time you will be rescheduled or refunded.

⚓️ **ACCESSIBILITY**:

Passengers must be physically able to climb up, over and down stairs at the stern to board and disembark the vessel. The boat is ***NOT*** wheelchair accessible.

Provided (infant to XXL); required for infant (Infant is up to 12 months old)
