Lessee and Drivers must be 21 years of age. Maximum number of people permitted:

-Fish & Tube - 8, Baby Mo - 10, Ski & Tube - 12, Lil Mo Slide & Tube - 12, Wakeboard - 12

-Maximum number of people permitted PLUS Supplement to Pontoon Lease for

attached and signed

-Number of persons on board: Photo ID of everyone over age of 16 – Under 16 Name,

birthdate, and weight -Copies attached at check-in

You are required by law to have the proper sized life preserver for each person aboard your Boat

You may arrive at 8am the day of your rental to complete necessary paperwork, receive your lake orientation and complete the temporary boater's certificate if needed. Pontoons are not ready until 8:30AM. We will need photo ID's of everyone that is above the age of 16 and has one. Please bring all ID's with you when you check in.

This lease agreement is by and between Anchorage Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Seven Points Marina (“AEI”), Lessor, and Lessee(s), and the terms and provisions of this Lease, and any attachments are binding on the Lessee. “Boat” as used in this agreement shall mean any boat operated by the Lessee and the boat specifically described above. The person whose name appears on the contract is responsible for the Boat and should any problems arise we will negotiate with the Lessee only. Please note: there are no split credit card payments only 1 credit card per lease may be used. This agreement is one of leasing only and the Lessee shall not have or acquire any interest in the Boat except to use or operate in under the terms or conditions specified.

Lessee agrees to deliver and return the said Boat to the AEI at its place of business, Seven Points Marina, at the end of the lease term or any rental period herein, said Boat to be returned in the same condition as when delivered, we require mandatory rental insurance to cover damages up to 4000 dollars. The term herein shall end at the above designated time at the gas dock or a late fee of $100 to $300 per hour could be charged in addition to rental fee. Lessee shall be responsible for all costs of gasoline, oil, etc. and as required for the use thereof, as well as the proper control and maintenance of said Boat. The gas will be paid when returning the Boat as when the deposit will be returned after inspection at check-out. All service calls due to customer negligence will be billed $150 per hour.

Lessee is required to understand and abide by the local regulations promulgated by the U.S. Corps of Engineers, which operates the Raystown Reservoir. Copies of these regulations, which govern many activities on the lake, may be obtained from main reservoir office.

No Alcoholic beverages, drugs, pets (pet friendly designated boats only), stoves or grills are permitted on the Boat. Lessee agrees to abide by the covenants and rules set forth on both pages of this lease. Lessee is prohibited from operating the Boat in a reckless or dangerous manner, regardless of whether Lessee is fishing, skiing, and/or tubing. Lessee and any persons using the Boat are prohibited from using vulgar language, endangering other boats or people, or, over-loading the weight capacity of the Boat. Lessee agrees that if the Lessee violates any of the covenants and rules herein, AEI has the right to immediately terminate this Lease and dismiss Lessee from the marina. Lessee further agrees that if the Lease is terminated for violation, that all rental fees paid by Lessee shall be forfeited to AEI and there will be no refund of fees to Lessee whatsoever. Lessee shall defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless AEI and its respective agents, employees, officers, directors, and shareholders from and against all liabilities, obligations, damages, penalties, claims, causes of action, costs, charges and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, administrative costs, and costs of appeals whatsoever arising out of the Boat, or, arising out of Lessee’s use, operation and/or possession of the Boat. This Lease shall be interpreted by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any litigation arising out of this Lease shall be in the Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County and in no other court.

If you choose to cancel your reservation No Notice and NO Shows – No Refund

With 48-hour notice prior to reservation date: Pontoons with $300 deposit will be

refunded $200

To Reschedule must call or leave message by 4pm the day prior to your rental, during

current rental season – no carry overs to following year OR loss of deposit.

Boaters Safety Certificate(s) must be shown upon arrival.

Pet fee applies and may NOT exceed 2 dogs per boat

Pontoons may not be taken past Mile Marker 15. This includes Nancy's Boat to Shore

Campground and Raystown Resort.
