Please allow extra time to find parking and walk to the meeting location. There are several nearby parking lots and garages where you can park, plan to pay for 4 hours. Street parking has a max of 2 hours during the week.

Waiver:

Shortly after booking, you'll receive a separate email with the subject: "Action required for your booking." This is the online waiver. Each rider must complete the waiver (for riders under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete it for them). You can also complete the waiver at tour check-in.

Bathroom:

There are port-o-potties before the ride at Westchester Lagoon. During the ride, there are port-o-potties along the trail.

Required:

  • CLOSED-TOE SHOES
  • All riders in your group must know how to ride a bike; use hand breaks, and shift gears. Before biking, your guide will refresh everyone on how to brake properly and shift.

Recommended to Bring:

  • Camera
  • Sunglasses
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable shorts or pants (non-cotton)
  • Warm layer (fleece, warm jacket, long sleeves, etc.)
  • Rain jacket

Weather:

Our tours ride rain or shine; please be prepared for the weather on the day of your tour. Lightning is the only weather-related reason we would cancel the tour (extremely rare).

Alaskan weather is always changing; the day can start sunny and end in rain or vice versa. We encourage all those coming on our tours to have non-cotton, comfortable clothing. Dressing in layers and avoiding wearing cotton is the best way to be prepared and warm. We recommend checking the weather on the day of your trip.
