INCLUDES UP TO 10 KIDS

• **$150** - 3 HOURS

NOTE: Signed Liability Waivers Required** for all **minors under 18 (Including Infants)**, regardless of participation, to **enter** FunFlatables.

INCLUDES

• **UP TO 10 KIDS** *(**$12** Per Additional Child Over **10** Kids)* - Additional kids will be added to your Invoice upon arrival on your field trip date. ***All children under 18 in attendance will be counted, regardless of participation, as we cannot verify each child’s involvement.*** *No charge for adults or non-walking infants*.
• **1 Celebration Area/Room** - Exclusive to your party with full access your entire party time-slot.

Open Play Area** - Includes five 6-ft picnic tables, one 8-ft food table, and one 6-ft food table (seats approx. 50 guests).

Private Room** - Includes four 6-ft picnic tables and one 8-ft food table (seats approx. 40 guests).

NOTE: Each time-slot has a pre-assigned celebration area/room that cannot be changed.

• **Unlimited Bounce Time** - During your entire party time-slot *(shared/non-private)*.
• All paper plates, cups, napkins and utensils
• We take care of all Clean-Up!
• **Outside Food and Drinks Allowed!** - Optional Pizza and Drinks can be purchased through FunFlatables.

NOTE: Pizza orders must be placed 48 Hours in advance. Due to using an outside vendor, delivery time can only be estimated and will not be considered late until the last 1 hour of your field trip.

FIELD TRIP ARRIVAL, SET-UP, AND END-TIME POLICIES

• **ALL GUESTS** - Must check-in at the front desk, upon arrival, to sign our Liability Waiver.
• **EARLY SET-UP NOT AVAILABLE** - As our events are tightly scheduled for maximum offerings. ***You may choose to use a part of your field trip time for set-up by providing your guests with a later start-time.***
• **ARRIVAL TIME** - Arrive no earlier than **10 minutes** before your scheduled start-time to avoid unnecessary waiting. ***Late arrivals may result in lost field trip time with no refund or discount.***
• **FIELD TRIP MUST END PROMPTLY AT SCHEDULED END-TIME** - To prepare for the next event, maintain capacity limits, and/or accommodate staff schedules. Courtesy reminders will be given **30** and **5** minutes before your end-time. ***A $30 Late Fee will be applied for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end-time.***

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A **$100 Non-Refundable Deposit** is required and applied to your Invoice. If cancelled with **24+ Hours Notice**, your Deposit is **Transferable** with no expiration to a **Future Field Trip Booking.** Deposits **cannot** be applied towards **Open Play**. Rescheduled field trips follow current pricing and policies.

PAYMENT POLICY

• **Final Payment** is due upon **Arrival** in the form of **Cash, Credit Card** or a **'Business' Check**.

NOTE: 'Business' Checks** must have your **Company Name** on them, **Personal Checks** are **NOT** accepted.

• **Invoice Adjustments** must be settled **30 minutes** prior to your field trip end time.
• **Sales and/or Amusement Taxes** will be applied according to city and state regulations for non-exempt field trips.

BOOKING FEE

A one-time **6%** online booking fee is charged by and paid to a third-party service provider. This fee will not be reflected on your Invoice.

REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

• **Parent/Guardian Supervision Required** for all minors under 18.
• **Socks Required** for sanitary purposes.
• **Safety Rules** must be followed by all participants.

NOTE:** Parents and Guardians are responsible for reviewing these rules and ensuring their children follow them at all times.

• **Use or possession of alcohol, drugs, profanity, and inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited** to ensure a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment. Any violator will be asked to leave with no refund or discount.
