All guests that will be operating a vessel or jet ski (that are not exempt) must complete the required **Dockside Safety Checklists** in accordance with Virginia law before arriving for their rental. To complete, create an account and log into Go Outdoors Virginia and watch the 17 minute 36 second video and fill out the required information to receive an online DSC that is valid for 10 days. You are required to carry either a printed copy or electronic copy on their phone/mobile device along with a copy of the rental agreement while operating the vessel to meet the Virginia education requirements.
