Disclaimer & Heliport Fees

Pricing is per seat. Each helicopter is filled with 4-6 passengers. There is a $40 per person heliport fee as mandated by heliport. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled departure time will incur a fee of $50 per passenger. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time as well as no-shows will incur 100% of tour charges. Please contact Manhattan Helicopters at least 24 hours in advance and we will re-schedule your tour at no cost. Late arrivals will be addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on seating and aircraft availability. Reservations made at the heliport forfeit their right to cancel after payment has been made. A deposit may be required to guarantee seats. 300 lbs max weight per passenger. Passengers weighing over 250 lbs may incur additional seat charges. The scheduled duration of our tours may vary based on flight routing and weather conditions.

Manhattan Helicopters reserves the right to amend the flight paths without notice. Flight routes will be altered during Yankee home games to avoid restricted airspace. All passengers must pass a metal detector and present a government-issued ID for security purposes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Management reserves the right to refuse boarding to a passenger or to upgrade passengers at any time. Manhattan Helicopters reserves the right to alter or terminate any flights due to security maintenance, aircraft availability, emergencies, weather, or acts of God.

Check In

Check in time is 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time.** All passengers must provide a government-issued photo ID. - The name on the booking must match the name on the credit card used for payment.

• The cardholder must be physically present at check-in.
• The cardholder must present the physical credit card used for payment along with a valid government-issued photo ID.
• The names on the booking, credit card, and ID must all match.

We reserve the right to refuse boarding to passengers that do not provide a government issued ID of the person making payment for services provided.  This is a security measure to help protect cardholders from fraudulent charges. There will be no exceptions.

Additional Information

No bags are allowed onboard the helicopter. You will be able to take cell phones, tablets, smartphones, cameras, and sunglasses into the helicopter, EXCEPT Galaxy Note 7, everything else has to be left at the heliport. For your convenience, token-operated lockers are provided at the heliport. Tokens can be purchased for $2 at the token dispenser machine.

Please note that any changes to this flight would have to be made at least 24 hours in advance via email or by calling us at (212) 845-9822. All sales are final for same day bookings.
