At Phantom Tri-River Charters, we fish a variety of different salmon types, including Sockeye, Silvers, Chums and Pinks, as well as a number of other fish variations, which include rainbow trout, Dolly Varden, arctic grayling and more. We provide all of the freshwater gear and thorough instruction you need to get your line in the water, making it easy to enjoy your trip while reaping the benefits of a bountiful habitat. Fishing in Alaska means braving the untamed wilderness and all of the variables that come with it. Instead of having to fight to enjoy your time out on the water, take refuge in the covered and heated boats offered by Phantom Tri-River Charters. We’ll make sure that no matter the weather, you’re protected from the elements, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

We will meet 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled launch time.
What to Bring:
- A valid Alaska Fishing License- You can purchase a fishing license online or you can come to our office the day prior to your fishing charter and we can help you.
- Warm clothing- Temperatures on the river change rapidly. For your comfort we suggest that you dress in layers: a tee shirt, long sleeve shirt, warm jacket/rain jacket. Warm socks (wool socks are the best) to wear inside your hip waders. This will make fishing more enjoyable. We suggest you bring a backpack with extra clothes in case you get wet.
- Food and Beverages- You may bring a small cooler to hold your food, beverage and snacks (no bananas please).
- Polarized Sunglasses- The sun reflecting off the water can be very intense. You may also want to have sunscreen.
- Cameras- We often see wildlife on our charters and always amazing scenery. You will want to record your fishing adventure.
