Boating Law Notice

Florida boating laws require anyone born after January 1, 1988 to have a Florida’s boater’s safety license in order to operate a Jet Ski or pontoon boat. We have this test available on site to take for a $3.00 fee or you can go here to take it on-line and print your certificate to bring with you for verification.

Thank you for booking your 20ft pontoon boat with Power Up Watersports! We are located at 1201 B Miracle Strip Parkway SE in Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. We are at the foot of the Brooks Bridge on Okaloosa Island in Adventure Marina's parking lot in the blue building near the water.

Please be advised that you must have a boater's safety card if you are born after the date of January 1, 1988 in order to operate our pontoon boat. We can offer you the test that will provide this card for a $3.00 fee. The test takes around 20 mins and is multiple choice.
