Host a Private Candle Pouring Workshop!
Duration
90 Minutes
To add time to your reservation, please call 317-505-9000 at least one week in advance to check availability and see if this can be accommodated. Additional time is $50 per 30-minute increment.

- To host a private candle pouring workshop, you'll just need a minimum of 10 people to attend and a total spend of $500 total (an average of $50 per person.) If the minimum spend is not met, the deposit will not be refunded. Our workshop studio can hold up to 26 people pouring comfortably.
- Candle prices vary anywhere from $20 and up, depending on the vessel(s) chosen!
- $100 deposit due at time of booking. Deposit will be refunded the following business day after the workshop should all the workshop requirements be met.
What Our Workshop Includes
1. CHANDLER INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDANCE
Step-by-step instruction throughout the workshop as each person pours their candles.
2. Candle prices vary anywhere from $20 and up, depending on the vessel(s) chosen!
3. DISCOUNTS

4. PICK UP AFTER 2 BUSINESS DAYS
Candles will need to cure and will be ready for pickup as early as 12pm 2 business days after the private party.
5. SHIPPING POLICY
We’re excited to create candles with you during our workshops and open pouring sessions! To make getting your creations home as easy and affordable as possible, we offer a flat rate shipping option:
Flat Rate: $10 shipping per address for up to three (3) candles.
Additional Candles: For every additional group of up to three candles, an additional $10 shipping charge will apply per address.
Examples:
Shipping 1–3 candles to one address: $10
Shipping 4–6 candles to one address: $20
Shipping 7–9 candles to one address: $30
Shipping to multiple addresses: Each address is charged separately at the same rate.
6. OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK ARE WELCOME
Please show up 10-15 minutes early! This will allow you time to pick your vessels, pour yourself a drink and mingle with friends until we get started.
7. AGE LIMITATION
Workshops are designed for ages 10+.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior. If you need to change a workshop reservation, please contact our store directly up to 48 hours prior to reschedule.

- Each guest will choose their own vessel(s) to pour a custom candle into! Vessel prices range from $20 and up.
- Outside food and beverages (including wine/ champagne/ beer for Ages 21+) are welcome!
All private workshops must choose vessels to pour in from our Unplug vessel wall. Outside vessels and Unplug refills will not be permitted during private parties!

Candle Pick Up
- Your candles will be ready for pickup 2 business days later.
- Flat rate shipping is available - please let us know the day of your workshop if you will need your candles shipped.
