At Lake Austin Calm Paddle Boarding we provide a fun and easy way to explore the beautiful Lake Austin while offering premium services. All ages 13+ are welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a beginner, we have the perfect paddle board rental for you. Our rental rates are affordable, and our location at Mozarts Coffee and Roasters makes it easy to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before or after your paddle. Plus, with free parking on-site, you won’t have to worry about finding a spot.

What to Expect:##

• Once you receive this email, be sure to go over our rules, review the paddle map and the no-paddle areas, review and sign the online waiver(s), and all the details of the rental.
• Be sure to Sign your waiver(s) in advance for a speedy check-in
• You should arrive at least 15 minutes before your rental start time.
• Parking in front of Mozart's Coffee/Lake Austin Calm can get full. We recommend parking in the Free Oysters Landing Overflow Parking lot across the street from Mozart's Coffee.
• We are located on the lower deck of Mozart's Coffee and Roasters.

Rules##

• Maximum one person per paddle board
• Never leave your SUP unattended
• Review and Stay out of the No-Paddle-Areas - See our "Lake Austin Paddle Trail Map"
• **Always wear your life vest and paddle leash**
• Stay out / away from the Marina and personal docks.
• Stay away from the dam - Stay away from the Orange Buoy's by the dam
• DO NOT leave the No - Wake Zone - It is marked by White Buoy's.
• Stay Right, Stay Safe! - Boat traffic operates as a U.S. two-way street so stay right.
• Alcohol is allowed on Lake Austin but please haul off all your trash.
• Don’t Interfere with, feed, or come in contact with any wildlife.
• BYOB is allowed - No Glass - No OPEN Alcohol Containers are allowed on the dock/Beach or Paddle Board Shop.
• Haul off all your trash. No Littering

Things to Remember:

• Water, Sunblock, Water Shoes/Water Socks, Food/Snacks, BYOB is allowed (no glass)

No Styrofoam or Glass Containers** they are NOT allowed on the Lake

• Be sure to **sign your waiver(s)** before you arrive. The link is at the top of this page highlighted in green. We only accept online waivers or onsite waivers signed at our store.
• Show up 5-15 minutes before your rental start time. We'll try to get you on the water early for more free paddle time.
• Dress Accordingly! You will get wet. There is a bathroom onsite if you need to change clothes

- There are non-secure lockers for rent onsite to store belongings.
