Meeting location:

Meet the bus in the Union Square area of Manhattan on the Northeast corner of 4th Avenue and East 13th in front of MIXUE (Image below). The address is 133 4th Avenue, NY, NY 10003.

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY AT 10:45AM TO CHECK IN. TOUR STARTS PROMPTLY AND ON TIME AT 11AM AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET THE BUS IN BROOKLYN. By Subway: Take the L, N, Q, R, 4, 5 or 6 to the '14th Street / Union Square' stop. Leave the subway and walk over to the Northeast corner 4th Avenue and East 13th Street.

Activity Policies:

• Normally, there are no refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased. However, should a COVID related issue arise and you are not able to take the tour, please contact us immediately. At that point, you may be rescheduled or refunded. The only time we will stick to our no refund or exchanges policy is, if you are a now show or you do not present proof of vaccination during check-in after checking off the box below that you acknowledge and agree to the outlined Covid-19 Policy.

• Activity takes place rain or shine.

• What to Wear: Please wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing, as we don't spend the entire time on the bus. We do get off the bus for some walking.

• Gratuities: If you enjoyed your tour, offering a tip/gratuity to your tour guide is always appreciated, but not mandatory. The amount is of course up to you.

If there are fewer than 12 customers on the tour, we will contact you to either reschedule your trip or we will provide you with a full refund.
