You'll get a wristband during your initiation that will get you EXCLUSIVE DEALS such as 10% off select gift stores throughout the city as well as happy hour specials for those old enough to partake in an adult beverage! Your ticket basically pays for itself!

What each ticket includes:

Our e-bikes are easy to ride, it's just like riding a bicycle! No license is needed, but you do need to know how to ride a bicycle, so if you don't know how or you don't like riding bicycles this ain't the adventure for you. Riders are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time for mandatory training and initiation into our gang. Closed-toe shoes are required for all participants.

Be sure to read your confirmation email upon booking. Failure to follow our policies and procedures can result in the forfeiture or your ticket(s) and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

Anyone who is at least 60" tall and can ride a bicycle can operate our e-bikes. For children who are not at least 60" tall (generally age 12 or younger but at least 48" tall) they may ride as a passenger with a parent without a ticket. Please click here to read those requirements.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW

Please **arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time** to our clubhouse for your training and initiation into the gang. Being on time, which is 15 minutes prior to departure time, IS MANDATORY SO DO NOT BE LATE! So one last time so there is no confusion please **ARRIVE 15 minutes PRIOR to your departure time** because arriving at the time the adventure departs IS LATE and you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIDE and will forfeit your tickets and no refund or reschedule will be provided and you'll be sad, and we'll be sad too but we will still leave without you. If you are driving there is available street parking nearby, however we advise that you **arrive at least 20 minutes prior** to your departure time to make sure you can find a spot on one of the cross streets in the area. We will not delay our training or departures for being late. We have heard every excuse in the book and we know those who can't follow the basic instructions of being on time won't follow our road captain's instructions on the road. So be on time, you've been warned.

For those who arrive on time and ready to ride we just want to say you're awesome and we are excited to have you ride with us! You'll be trained on our e-bikes before heading out on an epic adventure. If you can ride a bicycle, you will have no problem operating our e-bike. So prepare to have a lot of fun! This means you'll want to wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear for our activity. **NO FLIP FLOPS, OPEN-TOE SHOES, or similar style sandals are allowed.** Don't be that person as you'll make us sad if we have to leave you behind. It's for your safety.

WHAT IF IT'S RAINING?*** Our tour does operate in light rain, and we provide ponchos. If we need to cancel due to unsafe conditions you will be contacted by us, but if you are not contacted, that means the adventure is operating as scheduled.
