Requirements and Policies

**Arrival Time:** Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled tour for check-in and safety orientation.
**Waivers:** All participants must sign a liability waiver. Minors require a parent or guardian’s signature.
**Restrictions:** No alcohol, pets, or personal vehicles allowed on tours.

Age Requirements:

**To Book:** Must be 18 years or older with a valid credit card.
**Drivers:** Must be 16 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
**16-17-Year-Old Drivers:** Must have parental permission and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
**Passengers:** Must be 5 years or older.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

**Refunds:** Full refunds are available if canceled more than 7 days before the tour. Cancellations 3-7 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 2 days of the tour.
**Card Authorization:** A valid credit card must be authorized at check-in for incidental equipment damage.

Important Reminders

ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE your scheduled booking time in order to complete your check-in and pre-trip safety and equipment orientation. Please note that tardiness may result in a shortened tour duration to accommodate the schedules of other guests.

We recommend closed-toed shoes, comfortable layered clothing, and items you don’t mind getting muddy or dirty. Be sure to check the weather forecast for any additional clothing needs. We also advise bringing water bottles and snacks. Absolutely no alcohol is allowed on Side-by-Side Tours. We want you to be comfortable and prepared for your off-road adventure!
