Join us on the water for an unforgettable experience learning to do Pilates on a stand up paddle board! Enjoy this outdoor workout while floating on the calm water of Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores Alabama!

Our floating pilates studio will offer you the peace and serenity of being in nature while giving you just the right amount of exercise so you can enjoy indulging in the rest of your vacation!

Whether you're new to pilates, stand up paddle boarding, or both, you will love trying this new activity that is becoming more mainstream everyday!

All classes are beginner friendly and resemble a mat style pilates class with core workout, stability training, and fun!

Our small class size ensures that you will get the most from this experience and our certified instructors will be there to guide you though a blissful practice followed by the sweetest savasana you've ever experienced!

Here Are A Couple More Things To Note Before Your Tour

VERY IMPORTANT

-Please **DO NOT Google or Apple map "Pure Aloha Adventures" as it will take you to our old location.

The "Get Directions" link above will take you exactly where you need to be if you are using Google Maps.

If you type the address into another map app it may just take you to the park entrance. From there you will follow the signs to the **BOAT LAUNCH** and park on the left hand side down by the water/covered picnic table area. Look for my white Toyota Tacoma.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early in case there is a line to get into the park.

DO NOT ask Park Staff where to find us. They will not know as we are an outside company NOT affiliated with the park itself

-Please keep cell phones handy until you meet your guide at the launch.

Some days we may launch from another area **IN** the park depending on wind direction and current so be sure to have your phone turned on and with you. Be aware if you have the spam call filter/blocking on your phone, our calls and texts may not come through. If you have something like that on your phone please save our number 251-391-4832

We will only reach out IF we will be at the other launch so if you don't hear from us just follow the directions above!

BRING PLENTY OF WATER!!!!

• Please wear shoes you don't mind getting wet! Flip flops are fine

-Wear anything from swimsuits, workout gear, leggings etc.

All guests should have somewhat of a swimming ability and should be comfortable in the water. Life jackets are provided.

We recommend a hat or sunglasses with a neck strap so you do not lose them if you happen to fall into the water during your tour.

All you need to bring is sunscreen, water, and a towel to dry off afterwards. If it's been raining you may want to bring bug spray as well!

Oh and of course, your sense of adventure and a smile!"

We provide all necessary gear for your experience.

Not Included

$6 park entrance fee per vehicle (they take cash or credit at the entrance booth)

$20 for digital photo package so you can leave your phone safe in your car and enjoy the experience while your guide documents the memories for you! (optional)

Any gratuities (always graciously accepted and much appreciated💕)
