👨✈️ This vessel requires a qualified operator. We cannot select a captain for you, but we are happy to introduce you to a choice of local independent captains who are familiar with our vessels and qualified to operate them safely. Holiday & Event Premium
A $50/hour premium applies on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, as well as during the Christmas Boat Parade, 4th of July, and 4th of July weekend, to ensure elevated service and support for our dedicated crew during the most sought after times.
All boat renters must be 21 years or older with valid ID. Renter must present ID and matching credit card used to book at check in. There is no minimum age for passengers with an adult renter.

# Captain Payments
- Captains must be paid directly upon arrival. Payment goes directly to the captains, not the dock attendants. Gratuity is not included in any quotes and is greatly appreciated.
#Please make sure you are ready for check in 15 minutes prior to your reservation with a valid ID proving you are 21 or older, along with the credit card used to make the reservation. The names on the ID and credit card must match the name on the reservation and the person presenting them.
Please make sure the renter agreement and all passenger waivers are signed before arrival at the dock. The reception is slow moving, especially when it is busy in the area and this will delay your departure as we must wait until all waivers load into our system before departure.
#A Captain will meet you behind the valet stand in the breezeway between Billy's at the Beach and Louie's by the Bay. Keep an eye out for a text message a minimum of 1-2 hours prior to your departure. You can reach out to them directly if you have a hard time finding us or if you have any questions for your captain.
# **Parking Instructions and Addresses: Please share with all passengers**
We strongly recommend using rideshare services for better parking convenience, especially if you plan to drink. Please respect your surroundings and keep noise to a minimum. Do not disturb the office tenants, as they work there seven days a week.

City-operated parking ParkMobile lot at 139 Riverside Ave. ParkMobile requires payment at any hour. Please be sure you are parked in the designated city lot only, as nearby private lots (including Wells Fargo) are enforced at all times.
-**Valet Parking (Optional – Third Party)

$25 per vehicle, cash only. Please inform valet you are with OC Boat Rentals and retrieve your keys before they close to avoid overnight fees.

After parking, please wait at the top of the dock ramp between Billy’s At The Beach and Louie’s By The Bay for check-in and escort to your vessel.
# Important Information
- **Restrooms:**
The double decker has an onboard bathroom. For your convenience, we recommend using restrooms before arriving and at all public docks while out on the water. We have limited restroom space, and lines can be long. Extra time cannot be given due to late arrival for waiting for the restrooms.
Please ask our dockhands for restroom locations. Options include:
- 301 Riverside Ave - These are the only nearby public restrooms available to non-restaurant patrons.
- Billy's at the Beach (for paying customers only)
- **Arrival:** Arrive at least 15 minutes early for parking and check-in. Late arrivals may lose reservation time.
🚫 Restrictions
Please share the following restrictions with every member of your group before your charter to help avoid fines, additional cleaning fees, or delays at boarding.
- 🎣🏊 **No fishing or swimming outside of designated swimming areas.**
- 🔥 **Smoking, open flames, fireworks, or any combustible materials are strictly prohibited.** *Fines apply and are strictly enforced.*
- 🔥🍫 **No s'mores, roasting marshmallows, or any open food preparation on the fire
- 🎈 **Balloons & Decorative Materials:** Latex balloons are permitted; however, **all balloons must be removed from the property in the same condition and manner in which they were brought on.** Balloons may not be popped, released, or intentionally deflated on the docks, boats, or any property along the water.
Intentionally popping or releasing balloons in these areas is **prohibited by federal law** due to the serious environmental impact and risk to marine life. Balloon pieces can also create a choking hazard for children and animals.
- 🎈 **Mylar balloons, glitter, confetti, sequins, sparkles, adhesives, and similar decorative materials are not permitted.**
Failure to comply may result in an **excessive cleaning fee and applicable federal fines, which will be strictly enforce**.
- 👠 **High heels, wedges, and similar footwear are not permitted due to the increased risk of injury and potential damage to the boat.** These shoes can become caught in dock gaps, create slip and trip hazards while boarding, and significantly increase the risk of ankle injuries when the boat encounters wakes or movement. They may also damage teak decking and upholstery. For your safety, guests wearing this type of footwear will be required to remove them before boarding.*
