Our Aquarium is designed to educate about our ecosystems with aquarium tanks with native and invasive species. All guests also watch USFW’s Manatee Manners video, along with a mandatory snorkeling briefing. This way, our tour is educational and fun! 🎉

The tour is a total of 4 hours, apprx, 40 mins. inside dive shop for check-in and education and the rest of the time you are on the water. We provide all transportation to and from the dock, so no parking fee! ( short 2 block ride on our complimentary Adventure Bus)

🗝️Our Local experienced Captain’s and Guides will make this an unforgettable trip. Manatees are wild animals and once our crew has located one, they will instruct you on getting into the water and swimming along with Florida’s Gentle Giants. Your Guide will be taking photos and videos the entire time which will be emailed to you after your tour..

The small group size of no more than 6 per boat helps better ensure that both your group and the manatees are having a safe and fun time.

At the end of the tour, your crew will take you back to our dive shop where you can change, rinse off in our shower (with complimentary shower towels included) and head out to experience the rest of Crystal River! Ask us for local Crystal River, Homosassa Informaiton, locals have a lot of information that could be helpful when completing your time in our area.

Keep in mind that every experience is different! Our manatees are wild animals and we swim with them in their natural habitat, they provide us along with all animals in King's Bay Animal Refuge with what they choose too! We are in the Refuge for Fun so let's see which animals present theirself while on tour with us!😎

We have lockers that are available to rent for $2 plus tax, they are first come, first serve.

We shuttle guests down to the dock, it is roughly a 2-3 minute drive

Winter Tours/cool days. Nov-April

Please prepare with cool weather clothing, for example jogging outfit or fleece, something warm to put on once you are done swimming that you do not mind if it may get damp. You are welcome to bring gloves, winter hats, and a small lap blanket as well. Most guests prefer a plastic bag to place wet items in. We do not use fins. You may use your own snorkel gear.

Semi-private (Shared boats), Private tours: include coffee, water, tea bottled water, and snacks, hot rinse showers with towel upon your return. ( not included on group tours)

All guest are required to complete prep work prior to entering the water to swim with the manatees including any entries into the wildlife refuge.

Make sure you arrive 15 minutes prior to tour time specified in your confirmation email. Tickets purchased are non refundable including late arrivals, allow for unexpected stops or delays in your travel time.

Direct and Online Bookings:

Cancelation Policy/ Direct and Online Bookings: Semi Private, Marvelous Manatees Private or any Private trips.

All deposits will remain in effect until redeemed, must cancel 5 days prior to the departure date to extend the activation of deposits.

There are no refunds on bookings. You will have until 5 days prior to cancel your charter before the charter departure date to receive a voucher good for 1 year. (Some exceptions may apply) If canceled inside the 4 days there are no refunds, and a $75 rebooking fee will be applied.

If WE cancel the charter based on, in-climate weather, mechanical issues, or unsafe conditions, your deposit will remain active until redeemed and a rebooking or voucher will be issued (with no expiration date).

Tips and gratuity:

Please remember to take care of your crew they will take great care of you, tipping your crew is not only customary and appreciated by your crew but a necessary part of earning their living wage.

Liability Forms:

Please open our release form link below and fill out release forms prior to arrival you may print out completed forms and submit them at arrival or you may email them to us at [email protected] prior to your arrival. Please use one release form per each guest 18 and older Print your name at the top and use initials down the side of each paragraph if you are responsible for minors, you sign for yourself at the bottom of the page including the tour date, and sign again for the minors then print your minor's name at the bottom of the page where blanks are provided.

Welcome to our Nature's Adventure Center:

Upon arrival to the Adventure Center/Dive shop, be wearing swimsuits/shorts to wear under your wet suits, you can bring a small bag of towels, sunscreen etc. Be prepared as if you are going to the beach for the day. Once Guest have completed their education program and wet suit fitting, the guests will head to the dock and meet your crew.

In water Guides and Photos:

Reserve your in-water guide and photographer before your tour date. We are extremely busy, and we want to make sure your guide is on your boat before boarding. Call your crew to reserve. If you haven't recieved your pictures/video with in 3 days of tour please contact us. If you did Not recieve our original confirmation email, you will not recieve your picture package. Inform us per a call or at the counter of your correct email address.

We encourage you and our guides to stay home if sick and practice good respiratory etiquette and hand washing. If either you or we need to cancel a tour, we will rebook your ticket(s) for a future tour, and convert your ticket(s) to any Manatee Tours gift card that can be applied to any future tour.
