For those on a tight schedule, our shorter 90-minute tour is the perfect way to experience the magic of Hawaiian Craft Chocolate. Learn about the ancient history of cacao, its journey from Mesoamerica to Europe, and the modern bean-to-bar craft chocolate movement.
Then dive into a sumptuous guided tasting of 10 different chocolate bars sourced from farms across the Hawaiian Archipelago and learn why people call Hawaii the Napa Valley of Craft Chocolate.
All while perched above the canopy in our brand new tasting room.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
Guests will turn onto Puia / Woa Road from Kulana Street in Paukaa Hawaii. There is a Jehovas Witness church adjacent to where Puia / Woa Road begins. Please continue past any “private road” signs.
Guests will drive up Puia Road for 5 -10 minutes, about 1.7 miles total. Our driveway is on the left after crossing a culvert over a small stream with two small “no trespassing” signs on each side of it.
There will be a small sign indicating our entrance on the left.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your tour start time.
Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes before the tour start time will be asked to wait in their vehicles or in the orchards while the tasting room is prepared.
