For trips up to six passengers:

• Mandatory safety briefing prior to departure

• Life jackets available for all guests

• Routes selected based on weather, tides, and privacy considerations

• Food allergies or dietary restrictions: reply to this email and let us know in advance so we can prepare.

• Prone to seasickness: tell us ahead of time and we'll suggest what to take before boarding.

Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in denial of boarding or early termination without refund.

Guests entering the water should be comfortable around water and in good general health.

Guests with heart conditions, mobility limitations, pregnancy concerns, or sun sensitivity should consult a physician prior to booking.
