Clear Kayak Gator Tour at Silver Springs

Please allow 2 hours for this experience.

Guests will be checked in, fitted with vests and paddles, given dry-bags for valuables, lessons, pictures, etc. Guests will spend at least 1.5 hours on the water.

The Gators at Silver Springs are very happy and docile in their natural habitat. Our guides are experts at alligator behavior and will guide you past them safely. We'll even get photos for you.

We love sharing Florida's most loved wildlife at Florida's very first attraction with new friends at this beautiful, unique spring in Central Florida, Silver Springs.

We'll glide through the clear blue water on the Silver River where there is an abundance of wildlife and hidden treasure to admire. Gators sun themselves on the banks of the river and you'll see much more! Many movies were filmed here including the original Tarzan movies and even a 007 movie. The abandoned movie props will make you feel like you're in a jungle adventure movie!

We may see gators, fish, turtles, water fowl, and even manatees and monkeys. The water is so crystal clear, the bright blues and greens seem unreal.

Even if you are a true beginner, this paddle session is very calm and mellow. Our friendly guides will be with you every step of the way to give you interesting facts, history and to keep you feeling safe and successful.

Each guest will be given lots of hands on instruction during this guided tour and all guests will have life vests.

• $6 State Park Entry Fee

We are extremely pet friendly. Please contact us prior to your tour so we can determine if this activity is suitable for your pet.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour time in case you run into traffic, use the restroom, etc. Out of respect for our guests, we start our tours on time. If you are not with your guide prior to tour time, you will miss your tour.

This tour is not at our Orlando location. Please do not Google Epic Paddle Adventures and go to this location! This tour is 86 miles outside of downtown Orlando at Silver Springs State Park.

This tour is amazing but a bit of drive outside of Orlando. Please map your route to Silver Springs State Park, 5656 E Silver Springs Blvd, Silver Springs, FL 34488. Transit time can vary based on the time of day you will be traveling.

Out of respect for our guests, we start our tours on time. Please plan to arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to your tour time in case you run into traffic. There is plenty to see if you arrive early. If you will be driving during rush hour traffic, allow extra time for your drive. We can't delay tours or issue refunds for late guests. We truly care about our guests and we don't want you to miss your tour. Have fun on your adventure!

Where to Meet

Once you pull into the main parking lot for Silver Springs State Park, please drive straight to far right side of the parking lot to park(Do not go to the back left by the archway.) You will see a grassy area to the back right where vessels are loaded and unloaded (There are also picnic benches in this area). There will be a sign saying "Staging Area." Meet your guide on the mulched area. Your guide will be wearing a neon green vest or shirt that says EPIC Guide. Please call the office at 407-300-8781 if you have any questions.
