To ensure that all guests can fully enjoy their experience, we require that you adhere to the following guidelines:

• Dress with purpose. Infinity museum features many reflective floors. We recommend pants, shorts, or tights if possible.
• Wear comfortable, non-marking shoes. Stiletto heels, work boots, cleats and certain other footwear that can damage flooring are not permitted.
• To best appreciate Infinity Museum, guests will want to fully experience the mirrored floors, walls and ceilings. All Guests must adhere to Infinity museum dress code, including without limitation a shirt and footwear that will not damage mirrored floors (e.g., stiletto heels, steel-toed boots, etc.), and guests who are concerned about unwanted exposure as a result of the mirrored floors and ceilings are responsible for dressing in a manner to avoid such exposure.
• Climbing on any structure in the experience is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are expected to treat one another as well as our teams with respect and courtesy.
• Provoking or engaging in any disruptive, threatening, disorderly, inappropriate, or boisterous behavior will not be permitted.
• Offensive, threatening or inflammatory language and messaging on apparel or items carried by guests are not permitted.
• Food and beverage will not be permitted.
• Smoking, vaping, or the use of any other substance will not be permitted.
• Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.
• While we permit documented service animals and service animals in training, pets and “emotional support” animals are not permitted on the premises for the safety and well-being of all.
• Unauthorized performances, media events, leafletting, posting signs and/or the playing of music/videos or spoken word messages are prohibited.
• No protests or demonstrations of any kind are allowed anywhere in the interior public spaces of Infinity Museum
• Guests are welcome to take photos with a personal, hand-held device; however, please note the prohibited photographic items in our Prohibited Items Policy below as these may not be brought into the infinity Museum experience.
• Our teams take guest safety and security very seriously. Guests must follow team member instructions in the case of an emergency.
• For the safety and security of all, guests must comply with Infinity Museum’s Prohibited Items Policy (as set forth below).
• Finally, our teams are here to create a memorable experience for each guest. Please be sure to let us know if you observe any inappropriate conduct so that we may immediately address it.

Infinity Museum – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or no-shows.
• Purchasing Trip Protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your tour at any time for any reason up to **1 hour** prior to your scheduled time. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of each ticket, less the cost of Trip Protection and the Processing Fees.

Rescheduling Your Visit

• Guests may reschedule their booking to a different available time or date at no additional charge, provided the change is made 1 hour before the original scheduled entry time.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability. Peak times and dates may sell out quickly.
• To reschedule, please contact our booking team by email, phone, or in person before your scheduled entry time or you can reschedule via your confirmation email.

Missed Entry Time

• If you arrive late and miss your scheduled time slot, entry is not guaranteed. We will make every effort to accommodate you in the next available time slot on the same day, but availability is not assured.

Weather & Unforeseen Closures

• In the rare event that Infinity Museum must close unexpectedly due to weather, safety issues, or other circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule to another available date and time at no charge. No refunds will be issued.

Group & Private Event Bookings

• All group and private event reservations follow the same no-refund policy. Date and time changes must be requested in advance of the original booking time and are subject to availability.
