Your night begins in a **private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van** — fully winterized, luxuriously outfitted, and optionally equipped with a restroom (weather permitting). With a maximum of 8 guests (or fewer for private groups), this is **Aurora viewing in total comfort and style**.

**Dedicated Photographer**

Enjoy the benefit of a **personal Aurora photographer** capturing your evening from start to finish. You’ll receive free portraits during the night, with optional professional edits and 360° night-lapse video upgrades available.

**Flexibility & Freedom**

While we travel with the group to the best weather-based locations, you’ll enjoy the **freedom to break away** and enjoy the night on your own terms. Retreat to your warm van, change the pace, or set your own stargazing vibe — it's your adventure.

Our expert guides will share insights into the science of the Aurora and the unique reasons Fairbanks is one of the best places on Earth to see it.

You'll also receive **hands-on camera instruction** to help you capture the Lights like a pro.

Relax under the stars at our mobile lodge, with a cozy campfire, storytelling, and (weather permitting) **Alaskan reindeer sausages** or vegan options.

Enjoy complimentary hot and cold drinks all night long from our **Borealis Brew Bar**.

**Aurora Guarantee – Peace of Mind for Your Private Night**

We’re here to give you the best possible shot at seeing the Lights.

If the weather or activity doesn’t look promising, we’ll contact you the morning of your tour with the following options:

1. **Full refund

2. **Reschedule** within the next calendar week (based on availability)

3. **Go out anyway** (with no guarantee)

If the Aurora does not appear **to the eye or camera**, and the night had been marked as a “guaranteed” outing, you’ll receive:

• A **50% refund**, or
• A **free rebooking** (availability dependent)

An “Aurora Guarantee” night is determined based on real-time solar activity, satellite imaging, and sky clarity forecasts.

If our team believes viewing potential is low, we’ll reach out prior to departure with your options.

If **any amount** of Aurora is visible to the **eye or camera** during the outing, the night will be considered fulfilled under the terms of our Aurora Guarantee.
