Meet on the SW side of the Tennessee State Capitol CORNER at the TRAFFIC LIGHT of **7th Ave & Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd** in front of the WOODEN STAIRCASE. Do not go up the stairs!

Arrival Policy: Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. There is a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals, but after that, the tour will depart as scheduled. No refunds will be issued for missed tours.

Good news! Parking is FREE after 6 PM on weekdays and all weekend in any **reserved numbered spots** around the Capitol.

If those spots fill up, there’s additional street parking just a block away on Deaderick Street for only $2.00/hour.

Plan ahead, arrive early, and let the adventure begin! 🎉

What to Bring:

• Weather-appropriate attire (rain or shine, the stories—and spirits—don’t stop).
• Comfortable, closed-toe shoes for about ¾ mile of walking.
• A tip for your guide (they’ve been known to keep ghosts in line).

Important Notes:

• Paranormal activity is unpredictable, but these haunted locations are sure to give you goosebumps.
• Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian (ghost rules, not ours).
• Our guides have the right to turn away anyone too spirited or disruptive (no refunds for this).
• Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour starts. After that, no refunds will be provided.
• Our tours are not wheelchair accessible due to the historic nature of the buildings and bars we visit. Many were built in the 1800s and include stairs, uneven sidewalks, and narrow entrances that cannot be modified, as we do not own or operate these venues.
• This tour includes some stairs. Guests with mobility issues may find portions challenging.
