Important details
- We exclusively sell **One-Way tickets** so, if you have not already booked your return trip, **please do so by clicking here**.
- If you need to change your scheduled trip, call our office team at (907) 600 - 5333. You must make this adjustment more than 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled trip departure. Otherwise, you'll be subject to our cancellation policy, as listed below ⬇️.
- All children ages 12 and under will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Please arrive to the dock **15 minutes** prior to departure time. If you added a raft or kayak to your trip, please arrive **20 minutes prior** to departure time to allow for staging, loading, and stowing of the raft or kayak.
- **Free parking** is available at the Skagway Small Boat Harbor. Please be mindful of reserved areas and time limited parking as noted by the posted signs.
- You're welcome to bring and enjoy your own food on board, there is soda and other snacks available for sale on board. *Complimentary coffee and water are available on board in the Galley on the main deck.*
- Please remember that, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests who require electric wheelchairs or motorized scooters. We can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs, as long as the guest can walk themselves up and down the ramp to / from the ferry. If you need to make any adjustments to your reservation based on this information, please call us.
- At the discretion of the Coast Guard-certified Captain, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule departures based on weather or other conditions. If that is the case, we offer a full refund.
- Service animals are always welcome on board. Pets are also welcome either in animal carriers or on a leash. Make sure your pet is accompanied by you or a member of your party at all times. Leashed pets will need to stay on our outer-upper deck. Please be respectful of other passengers in regards to your animal.
- Our vessels are **non-smoking**, including vapes/electronic cigarettes.
- We have luggage storage on-board when we are underway however we do not have luggage storage in either Haines or Skagway.
