ARRIVAL
When you arrive, you will be directed where to go by staff and where to meet your captain for your boat charter.
FOOD AND DRINK
Are 100% welcome - including adult beverages. If you bring red wine - bring cups with tops please.
GRATUITIES
We get this question a bunch from our guests, is it customary to tip your captain? The answer is yes - gratuities between 15-20% of the base retail value of your tour are common and based on your discretion on how your captain performed.
SPRAY SUNTAN LOTION
Spray Tan Lotion damages our seats - it’s something in the propellant. Please only bring the old school rub on lotion
CANCELLATIONS
Are allowed up to 48 hours in advance of your departure time. Within 48 hours of departure time, cancellations for any reason will be charged the full retail fare of the trip.
WEATHER Your captain will make the call on weather and cancelling/rescheduling your tour up to an hour prior to your tour. Should the weather not allow us to go out, we will make every effort that we can to reschedule you. If we cannot reschedule you, we will provide a full refund of any fare that you have paid.
WAIVERS
Please complete waivers for all parties prior to arriving at the marina. This will save you time and ensure that we make an on-time departure.
