Before you go
Please arrive on time, as it’s important for Hazel’s feeding schedule to stay on track. Check in at the gift shop upon arrival.
- Morning session: 9:30 am – please don’t arrive before 9:20 am, as we’ll be tending to the animals to open the park.
- Noon session: 12:45 pm – please arrive on time.
- Afternoon session: 4:30 pm – the encounter ends at 4:50 pm, and the park closes at 5 pm. To fully enjoy the safari, plan to arrive early; we recommend no later than 3 pm so you have time for the drive-thru and petting zoo before your encounter as the encounter ends at closing time.
