Parking and Transportation:

Pier 36 has a large parking lot available on the premises for a fee. Additionally, there is a drop-off/pickup area for ride-share services.

We cannot guarantee the availability of Pier 36's parking lot, so we recommend securing your parking accommodations ahead of time if needed.

What to Look For:

On arrival, please follow the path to the backside of the Pier 36 building. We are located at slip #9. Keep an eye out for the "NYC Water Cruises" signage when you arrive. Our friendly staff will be there to greet you and assist with boarding.

Boarding Process:

To maintain a swift boarding process:

1. Please prepare to display this confirmation email along with a Valid ID.

2. Allow space near the gangway, as staff will notify all guests when boarding is beginning.

Important Details:

Please plan to board at 6:00 PM as the cruise will set sail at 6:30 PM. We recommend planning ahead and giving yourself plenty of time.
