📍 LOCATION & ARRIVAL

-Rideshare: Use 600 W Chicago Ave for drop-off and pickup

-Parking: Paid guest parking available at 811 N Larrabee St

-Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure (45 minutes if parking)

🚶‍♂️ DIRECTIONS

At 600 W Chicago:

→ Gather outside the “RIVERWALK” door, south of the semi-circular driveway

→ Once all guests have arrived, call or text your captain

→ Our team will meet you there and escort your group to the boat

⚠️ GUEST CONDUCT

Please be respectful while arriving and boarding. Our dock entrance is located within a corporate office building and along a public Riverwalk with nearby residences. Loitering, excessive noise, disruptive behavior, and littering are not permitted

🛥️ BOARDING POLICY

-Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure; no refunds or reschedules for late arrivals

-Amplified music is not permitted in the marina; music may begin after departure

⚠️ SHIP RULES & SAFETY INFORMATION

-A safety briefing will be given before departure; all instructions must be followed

-Swimming is at the captain’s discretion, with a 13-person maximum in the water

-Swimming may be canceled due to weather, waves, unsafe behavior, and/or other safety concerns

-No swimming after sunset—no exceptions

-Do not flush toilet paper, hygiene products, or foreign objects

-Damage or excessive mess may result in additional fees

🍽️ FOOD & BEVERAGE

-No outside food, beverage, or vendors without prior written approval

-Bar service ends 15 minutes before docking

💵 SERVICE CHARGE & GRATUITY

-A 21% service charge is applied to your subtotal to support our onboard crew and administrative team. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.
