We thank you from the bottom of our Hip-Hop Lovin’ Hearts for choosing the TRILLEST way to celebrate life here in H-Town! Your time is extremely valuable so we appreciate your decision to rock out with us. **Welcome to the Trill On Wheels Family!

If you’ve booked an **Individual Seat**, be ready to walk away with some new friendships and a deeper appreciation of our culture here in Houston. If you’ve booked a **Private Party** for *Me & You, Your Mama & Your Cousin Too*, your group is going to thank you forever!

To prepare for your tour, please take a moment to verify that your booking details are correct. If anything is off, please give us a call or email immediately and we’ll set things straight.

For our individual riders, your tour may be canceled if we do not have 6 or more riders confirmed within 48 hrs of your trip. If there are not enough riders, we’ll issue you a raincheck for future use.

Now, as you know, every family has its own set of house rules to keep everyone safe and on the same page. And you may have never been on a Pedal Powered Bike, many haven't. So here’s some helpful information to make the most of your tour:

The Pre-Game

What time do I arrive?

• Your tour time is your check-in time! Arriving early does not equal early check-in. Please arrive at your tour time and we'll check in your group as quickly as we can.

Where do we pull up?

• All Trill On Wheels tours begin and end at our Rider Lounge, located at 3900 Almeda. Please arrive on time and park in the lot or on either side street.

Sign Your Liability Waiver

• Your safety is our top concern so before you Swang in the Streets with us, a Liability Release and our Trill Code of Conduct must be agreed to and signed

Dress for the occasion

• Whether you plan on wearing your favorite costume, workout gear, or happy hour attire, please remember that you will be pedaling a bike. Make sure your attire is breathable, comfortable, and can withstand Houston heat! Closed-toe sneakers are highly recommended, please leave your flip-flops at the crib. **And to note, please do not wear anything sheer or see-through as our bar partners will not allow it!**

Get It Ready, Get It Ready Ready

• We know why you’re here and it ain’t for exercise. In the words of the great poet and Third Ward Native Beyonce, “We Like To Party” too!
• There are plenty of bars in the neighborhood to partake in an adult beverage or two before your tour. But remember, you’ll be pedaling a bike. So be mindful of indulging too much before you ride and know your limits

Parking

• There'll be plenty of FREE parking in our Rider Lounge parking lot behind Unity Bank. We suggest carpooling as it’s eco-friendly and just more fun

Bring Your ID

• We’ll be making stops at two of the hottest bars in Third Ward which require all guests to be 21+. Please have your state ID ready at check-in

Our Trip Flow

• We’re going to rock your world for 2 hours and send you home with a smile :)
• Tour orientation will be followed by light pedaling, Trill Trivia, Trap Karaoke, and 2 bar stops! You’ll be able to grab a drink, break that seal, and twerk a little before we end our tour
• And don’t worry, our Electric Motor will be handling most of the work so any fitness level is welcome!

BYOB

• A party ain’t a party without a little buzz, so feel free to bring your favorite party drinks
• We’ll store it in our cooler and provide you with cups and ice as needed
• Gentle reminder, *absolutely no glass bottles of any kind will be allowed on the tour*

I get the munchies when I’m having fun...

• We do too, we do too
• Fortunately, they're are plenty of food options around so if you want to grab a bite before your tour, you’re in luck!
• We simply do not have enough counter space for food, so please eat before or after your tour

The Trill Experience

• Hip-hop is our oxygen and R&B pumps through our veins
• Be prepared to be totally immersed into Hip-Hop culture with customized playlists curated from some of Houston’s hottest DJs
• We'll make two bar stops or a bar + sweets stop
• You’ll even get a chance to test your skills with our Trill Trivia and Trap Karaoke sessions so come prepared!

Rainy Day Gear

• Houston weather is as unpredictable as a Kendrick Lamar album...you just never know what you’re going to get
• At the company’s discretion, we will issue rain checks for future use if the weather is too rainy or unsafe
• We will reach out by email or text message to confirm your tour cancellation and issue a rain check. If you do not hear from us, your trip will go on as scheduled!
