We're excited that you will be joining us aboard the Nickel Plate Express! Please read the important information below before arriving for your train ride.

Directions & Arrival

We cannot hold the train from departing the depot under any circumstances and are unable to reschedule or refund you if you miss your train. Please plan to arrive at the depot at least 15 minutes prior to departure.

• We are located near the railroad tracks in Arcadia, IN. Please allow yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the depot. There is some street parking and parking throughout town. Please be prepared to walk up to a block.
• **Address**: 107 W. South Street, Arcadia, IN 46030 (one block south of Main Street)

Important Information

• Plan to arrive at the depot at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
• Passengers may **not **bring their own alcohol, food, or other beverages on board.
• For safety, you must remain seated while the train is in motion.
• This is a **rain or shine** event. Please dress for the weather.

Restrooms

There are **no restrooms on board the train**. A single restroom is available in the depot prior to boarding.

Please download and save your tickets to scan at check in.

Payments Onsite

If purchasing drinks or merchandise, please note we no longer accept cash. **Credit card is the only method of payment we can accept**.

Arcadia Caboose Rides – Boarding & Accessibility Disclaimer

Seating is **first come, first served**. The train departs on time and no **refunds or exchanges** will be provided for **late arrivals, missed rides, or no-shows**. Boarding is **directly from the street**, and guests must be able to **navigate stairs and uneven ground, including gravel**. This is an **authentic historic caboose** and may be **loud** (sounds, vibrations, sudden noises). For guests with sensory sensitivities, we recommend bringing **earplugs/hearing protection**, especially for **young children**.
