Join us Saturday, August 9th from 8–10 PM for a one-of-a-kind evening paddle party on the White River, hosted by Frank’s Paddlesports Livery and Friends of White River. As the full moon rises, you'll drift through calm, lake-like waters while the sounds of a live jam band fill the summer air from a nearby riverside amphitheater. It’s an unforgettable way to experience music and nature—together.

What’s Included:

🌕 Glow sticks for safety and vibes

🛶 Rental of a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard. Or bring your own! (USCG approved lifejackets/PFDs and paddles)

🥤 BYOB: Coolers with beverages & snacks are welcome

This stretch of river is gentle and still, perfect for a relaxing float with friends or a romantic paddle under moonlight.

Arrive by 7:45pm for launching onto the river around 8pm. If you are renting a boat, the shuttle service is included in the price of boat rental.

What to bring with you:

Water shoes! Chacos, Tevas, Keens or an old pair of sneakers you don’t mind getting wet/muddy are strongly recommended.

Flip-Flops are not ideal – we recommend something with ankle-backing.

Dress for the weather & don’t forget your water, sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, and small coolers.

Make sure to bring a waterproof bag for your phone. We will have some available for purchase, just ask a Frank’s team member.

We will meet you between 7:30 and 7:45pm at 600 Porto Alegre St, Indianapolis IN 46202. We will then drive you down to the launch (with your boat, if you are bringing your own). A safety briefing and paddle orientation will follow. The Frank's Livery Team will walk you down to the water and help you launch your watercraft. Members of the Frank's team will be on the water alongside customers during the event. Wearing your life jacket and glow stick is required. Paddling time is from 8-10pm.
