- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
Before you go
After you reserve your tour, you'll immediately receive a receipt for your reservation and payment. Within 24 hours, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation which you can print out and give to our representative on your arrivel date.
