• **Payment:** Your credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance 1 week before your trip departure. If you need to make alternative arrangements please call 575-758-2628 and let us know.
• **Info Form and Gear list:** In order to better plan for your excursion we ask that you submit the Client Information Form for everyone in your party no later than one week prior to your trip departure date. The form may be filled out electronically or by hand. Your gear checklist and the information form may be found on the following webpage: Trip Documents
• **Tipping**: Guides work hard from dawn till dusk on multi-day trips to make sure your trip goes off without a hitch. If you feel that the service and experience you received during your outing was exceptional, gratuities are greatly appreciated. Being that this is a service industry profession, 15-20% is appropriate.
• **Contact:** Please remember that if you need to cancel or reschedule the activity for any reason, you can call or email us. If you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch.
