Before you go
Congratulations on booking your private Madison Saunas experience!
Your group has exclusive sauna access for 105 minutes. The sauna accommodates up to 12 guests, with 10 fitting most comfortably.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Park in the Wingra Park parking lot at 824 Knickerbocker Street, Madison, WI 53711, then walk toward the Wingra Boats facility on the shore of Lake Wingra and check in with our team.
Please share these instructions with everyone in your group:
- Every participant must complete the waiver using the link in this confirmation.
- Bring a swimsuit, water bottle, sandals or slip-on shoes, and two towels—one to sit on and one to dry off.
- Towel rentals are available for an additional charge.
- Arrive clean, well hydrated, and ready for an outdoor winter experience.
- Do not consume alcohol, cannabis, or other impairing substances before the session.
Your experience is staff-supported and self-paced. Cold-plunge opportunities vary according to weather and site conditions, and cold exposure is always optional.
Late guests may join, but the reservation cannot be extended beyond its scheduled ending time.
We look forward to welcoming your group!
