Join us for this Must do Romantic tour through Miami’s waterways at sunset or night. A Bottle of Champagne is included, The trip starts from our Marina, and we will take you through all the buildings in the Downtown Miami while you enjoy your champagne, then we will take you around the Famous Celebrities homes, and one of the most visited islands where you can put your feet in the sand if you’d like to, our captains are very flexible with the route, just say what you want to do, and they will make it happen.

🗓️ What to Expect for Your Charter
- **2–3 Days Before:** You’ll receive a contract where you can select your captain (as required by the U.S. Coast Guard) and settle any outstanding balances for the boat.
- **10 Hours Before:** A reminder email will be sent to ensure you’re all set for your trip.
- **1 Hour Before Charter Time:** Please text your captain to let them know you're on your way. If you call, they may not answer, as they could be finishing another charter.

🆔 Mandatory ID & Waiver Requirements
🚨 ID IS REQUIRED FOR THE LEAD TRAVELER — NO EXCEPTIONS 🚨
The lead traveler must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. Not bringing your ID will be grounds for cancellation of your tour from our side.
- **Waivers:** Every adult must sign the waiver from the confirmation email. You can sign it using your phone or computer. Parents or guardians must sign for their children.

💵 Onboard & Captain's Fee
Once you arrive, please pay the captain’s fee directly to them before boarding.
- **Captain Fee: $50/hr** *(Zelle or Cash only)*
- **Credit Card Hold:** A **$100 hold** will be placed for incidentals and will be released within 24 hours after your rental.
- *Note: No foreign currency is accepted.*

📍 Arrival, Location & Parking
Fort Lauderdale Departure Location
801 Seabreeze Blvd**, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 — **Dock B
- **Arrival Time:** Please arrive **20 minutes before your scheduled time** to sign the Boat Charter Agreement, complete introductions, and settle any balances.
- **Meeting Instructions:** The captain will meet you at the entrance of Dock B. Please do not come inside the dock unaccompanied.
- **Contact:** Call the captain or company upon arrival if you don't have the captain's number.
🚗 **Parking**
- **Marina Parking:** There is parking inside the marina at about **$4 per hour** (prices may change without notice). If you take this option, exit the garage and walk toward Dock B to meet your captain outside.
- **Street Parking:** There is public parking across the street (Seabreeze Blvd). If you take this option, cross Seabreeze Blvd between the Liquor Market Store and the Sushi Restaurant, then locate Dock B to meet your captain.
Please arrive with plenty of time to find parking on busy days. The company will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of parking.

🚫 Strictly Enforced Rules & Policies
To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, please follow these guidelines:
- **Footwear:** **Shoes will be removed before boarding** *(avoid high heels)*.
- **Cabin Access:** Do not enter the cabin wet or with shoes.
- **Restroom Care:** Do not throw paper in the toilet **($50 unclogging fee)**.
- **No Smoking:** No smoking inside the cabin.
- **Captain's Orders:** Follow all captain instructions at all times.
- **Company Authority:** The company reserves the right to terminate the activity if guidelines are not followed.

- **Drinks & Food:** You can bring your own food and beverages. The trip includes a **cooler with ice** on the boat *(must be 21+)*.
- **Light Jacket:** It can get windy and cold on the water at night time.
- **Footwear:** Please avoid wearing high heels to ensure safety on the boat deck.
- **Personal Items:** Towels, sunscreen, and personal items.
