Waivers

Please make sure everyone in your group signs their liability waiver before arrival.

Completing waivers ahead of time helps streamline check-in and maximize your time on the water.

PARKING & ARRIVAL

Hidden Cove Park Entrance Fee

Parking at Hidden Cove Park is $20 per vehicle.

Parking payment is accepted directly at the main Hidden Cove Park entrance gate.

Parking Directions

After entering the park:

• Follow signs to your right for public parking
• Park in the designated public parking area
• Walk to your left across the bridge toward the marina
• Follow Yak N Sup signs to our office for check-in

Our team will get you checked in, fitted with life jackets, and ready for your adventure on the water.

Before Arrival

✅ Please apply sunscreen before arriving at the dock area

✅ Bring a valid ID to verify your reservation

✅ Arrive at least 30 minutes early for:

• paperwork
• life jacket fitting
• safety overview
• launch preparation

Late arrivals may lose time on the water, as all guests are still required to complete safety procedures before launch.

Before Heading Down to the Dock – Please Read 🌊

Our team is often out on the dock helping guests launch and return equipment. To keep operations smooth for everyone, please complete the following before coming down to the water:

Complete All Waivers First

Please ensure everyone in your group has completed their waiver before heading to the dock.

Cell service can be limited near the waterfront and dock space is reserved for guests ready to launch.

Use the Restroom & Apply Sunscreen Before Getting Fitted in a Life Jacket

Please use marina restrooms before coming down to the dock.

There are no restrooms available once you are out on the water.

Get Fitted with a Life Jacket Before Heading Down

All guests must be properly fitted with a life jacket before heading to the launch dock.

Life jackets are provided and required throughout the duration of your paddle.

We love you and want you to stay safe.

Come Down as a Ready Group

Once your full group is ready to:

• launch
• receive paddles
• get fitted with life jackets

…please head down together to meet the Yak N Sup team.

Rental Return Times

All equipment must be returned by the end of your scheduled rental time.

Late arrivals will still be required to return equipment at their originally scheduled return time.

Weather Policy

Yak N Sup operates rain or shine.

Operations may be delayed or temporarily suspended due to:

• high winds
• lightning
• thunderstorms
• unsafe lake conditions

Please check weather conditions before your trip.

No refunds will be issued for:

• weather discomfort
• missed reservations
• late arrivals

Guest safety always comes first.

Bringing a Friend with Their Own Equipment

Guests bringing personal equipment may be required to launch separately depending on marina and park regulations.

Yak N Sup staff does not assist with launching or transporting personal equipment.

Please contact us in advance if members of your group plan to bring their own kayaks or paddleboards.
