Enjoy a leisurely cruise along Florida’s beautiful inland waters aboard the Starlite Infinity. Music is provided by our house entertainment. Sightseeing on one of the outer decks or luncheon service in our climatically controlled dining areas will make this a cruise to remember. Entertainment is a mix of live selections and a wide variety of recorded songs to satisfy any musical request. For sightseeing passengers, cocktail service and appetizers are available.

Beef tenderloin pieces served over a bed of white rice with a burgundy & mushroom sauce* ($14.95)

Shrimp Creole

Our version of this New Orleans classic combines tender gulf shrimp with fresh vegetables in a mild tomato creole sauce, served with white rice* ($15.95)

Chicken Caesar Salad

Tender pieces of lightly seasoned chicken breast served over fresh romaine tossed in creamy Caesar dressing with herbed croutons and Parmesan* ($13.95)

What to Wear:** Resort casual to dressy casual attire is recommended for our family-friendly evening cruises. For men, slacks or chino/tailored style pants or shorts and a collared shirt; for women slacks or skirt, or dress. We request no tank tops, swimsuits, swim cover-ups, excessively revealing attire, exposed undergarments, see-through clothing, sheer/mesh outfits, attire with offensive language, or clothing emitting marijuana odor. You may find that some guests are dressed more formally, especially those celebrating special occasions. However, attire varies from comfortable shorts to the more formal. Bring along a light jacket or wrap as it may get a bit breezy on the outer decks.
