Pontoon Boat Rental from Fair Haven Water Bikes.

Capacity & Requirements

Maximum capacity: 12-14 passengers (including children)

Maximum weight capacity: 1,500 lbs total

(including passengers, coolers, and personal belongings)

Boat Information:

• 22’ Pontoon Boat 2010 model year
• 60 HP Mercury Four-Stroke Engine

Rental Requirements:

• Driver/operator must be at least 25 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Valid credit card required for security deposit, fuel, and additional charges

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Arrival & Safety Orientation

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled reservation.

Before departure, renters will if not done online already:

• Complete rental paperwork
• Complete required waivers
• Participate in a boating safety overview
• Review boat operation instructions
• Complete a boat condition walkthrough

Rentals cannot begin until all required paperwork and safety requirements are completed.

Safety Rules

Safety is our top priority.

• Life jackets are provided for adults and children
• Smaller children and Infant life jackets are not provided
• Renters must bring any specialty life jackets needed
• No smoking or vaping onboard
• No cooking or grilling onboard
• Boat must be operated responsibly at all times
• Operator must follow all boating rules and regulations
• Unsafe operation may result in termination of rental without refund

Security Deposit & Damage Responsibility

A security deposit is required for all boat rentals.

The deposit will be released after:

• Boat inspection is completed
• Boat is returned without damage
• Fuel and any additional charges are paid

Renters are responsible for any and all damages that occur during their rental period.

Weather Policy

Fair Haven Rentals reserves the right to determine if weather conditions are safe for boating.

If conditions are unsafe due to storms, severe weather, high winds, or unsafe boating conditions, reservations may be rescheduled or refunded.Cloudy skies, cooler temperatures, or less-than-perfect weather do not automatically qualify for cancellation.

We always strive to be reasonable and fair while keeping safety our number one priority.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the reservation date receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 7 days of the rental date may result in loss of a portion of full deposit
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit

Fair Haven Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I bring a dog?

Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome aboard. Please notify us ahead of time and clean up after

your pet.

• Is there shade?

Yes. Our pontoon includes a bimini top that provides shade over approximately half the boat.

• Is there a cooler?

No. Please bring your own cooler, food, and drinks.

• Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, however the boat operator must remain sober and unimpaired at all times. Please designate a

responsible driver.

• Can we bring food?

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to bring food and drinks.

Cooking and grilling are not permitted onboard.

• Are there bathrooms onboard?

No. Restrooms are available before and after your rental.

• Can I rent overnight?

No. All rentals must be returned at the scheduled rental return time.

Waivers & Responsibility

By completing a reservation, the renter acknowledges they are responsible for:

• Ensuring all drivers and participants complete required waivers

• Reviewing all safety rules with passengers

• Operating the boat responsibly

• Returning the boat in the same condition it was received

Failure to complete required documents may result in cancellation.

Rental Agreement

By confirming a reservation, the renter acknowledges and agrees to comply with all Fair Haven

Rentals Terms of Service, including safety requirements, boating rules, cancellation policies,

financial responsibilities, and waiver agreements.

Fair Haven Rentals reserves the right to refuse service, cancel, or terminate a rental without

refund for violation of these terms, unsafe operation, irresponsible behavior, damage to

equipment, or failure to follow boating laws.
