Before you go
Thank you for booking your Aurora Fireside Experience!
Here's what to know before your evening with us:
Arrival
If you're driving yourself (General Admission), arrive anytime between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM — there's no fixed start time and last staying time is 2:00 AM.
If you booked with hotel transport, please be ready in your hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
What to bring
Warm layers, a hat, and gloves for time spent at the outdoor fire pit
Insulated boots if you have them - the ground outside may be snowy or icy
Your phone or camera if you'd like your own photos in addition to the complimentary one we take
What's included
Access to our indoor lounge and outdoor fire pit
Complimentary hot chocolate, tea, water, and cookies
A local guide throughout the evening
A complimentary group photo
Before you arrive
All guests must sign a liability waiver before the experience begins. No alcohol is served or permitted on-site.
Good to know
Aurora sightings depend on natural conditions and can never be guaranteed - we do everything possible to make the evening enjoyable either way.
We wrap up at 2:00 AM. If you booked transport, we'll have you back at your hotel shortly after.
